Brief

To provide on-going marketing advice and support for the development and promotion of Community Care’s online information subscription service for social workers working with children.

Solution

After an initial period of consultation, VG&A designed and delivered a marketing plan for CCI, prioritising key objectives for lead generation and renewals. This included recommendations for: (i) generating qualified leads by funnelling interested parties from CCI’s sister website, (ii) lead nurturing to maximise all new interest and (iii) tracking to monitor sales conversions (iv) research amongst long-term subscribers in order to illustrate the benefits and outcomes of using CCI (v) new homepage to inform and track new leads with site demo and testimonials (vi) exhibition attendance, including full marketing collateral and site demos.

Outcome

Ongoing consultancy continues to support the team, raise awareness and lead conversion for this growing online subscription service within the social care market.
