Brief

To provide re-design concepts and communication deliverables across the construction, nursing, healthcare and retail markets, with the aim to increase job-seeker traffic, CV uploads and sign-ups for their ‘Jobs by Email’ service.

Solution

VG&A proposed distinct campaign concepts delivered to target jobseekers within specific markets. Particular attention was paid to the type of language, tone and style to attract and communicate effectively with the professionals within each market.

Outcome

“Awareness” advertising campaigns have been running across publications and websites for each market. Notable success measures include increased traffic to each of the respective jobsites, as well as an increase in CV uploads.
