New Business Launch

Brief

To create and launch a new brand for an online business venture, which brings together property owners who wish to rent their homes to select clientele, looking to rent luxury properties.

Solution

VG&A facilitated a brand workshop, the output from which informed the positioning of the business, creation of the new Passepartout Homes’ logo design and overall defining brand attributes. In addition, VG&A has continued to support Passepartout Homes with business development and marketing support, planning and project management, as well as designing, launching, supporting and hosting the new website (passepartout-homes.com). Next steps include a new HTML newsletter template and social media campaigns.

Outcome

Having launched at the end of 2012, Passepartout Homes continues to grow apace, with 15 luxury properties signed up and with more waiting to be added. Passepartout Homes clearly appeals to a select group at the high-end rental market, looking for peace, tranquillity and a little bit of luxury.
