New Business Launch
Topspin Monkeys, a new business based in Surrey, providing tennis classes for 2-5 year old children needed assistance for the development of their brand, including the creation of a new website; formulating business development strategies and marketing plans and the provision of marketing support prior to and post launch.
Initial conversations helped us to define the business purpose and its opportunity for success. This, plus the output from a brand workshop, helped us to define its key attributes, values and positioning, which in turn informed the creative brief. VG&A was, therefore, able to able to develop Topspin Monkey’s new logo, fun website (topspinmonkeys.co.uk) and promotional collateral to encourage parents and children wishing to learn how to play tennis.
VG&A have continued to support Topspin Monkeys in terms of targeted marketing activity, business budgeting and communications.
Topspin Monkeys is now running several weekly classes for 2-3 and 3-5 year olds and looking to branch out into birthday parties and lessons for older children this year. The business is still very much in its infancy, but
“Setting up your own business is daunting enough, so having VG&A help with the website was a godsend. I had seen their work on the Stamford Green Primary School website, so thought I would see what they could do for me.
Nicola and the VG&A team met with me and talked through what look I wanted to achieve from the web design and emailed me on a regular basis with possible ideas. Within 6 weeks, I had a website up and running. Since then, Nicola has kept in touch and regular updates have been made to the website to keep up-to-date with the growing demand of the business. I had considered designing my website on my own and doing the whole process online, but I am so pleased I didn’t. Five-star rating all round for their help, guidance and on-going support and I would highly recommend them to anyone.”
